Biography:
JOSEPH M. YABLONSKI is a partner in the firm, having graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1988. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Yablonski served as judicial clerk in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania in Pittsburgh and then as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania. During his tenure as Assistant United States Attorney, Mr. Yablonski tried numerous jury trials. He handles a wide range of civil litigation matters for the law firm. He primarily represents personal injury clients, but also practices in the areas of Workers' Compensation, domestic relations and family law as well as criminal law. Mr. Yablonski is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, in which he belongs to the Insurance Bad Faith, Medical Malpractice and Automobile Law sections.

He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Washington County Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. The publication Best Lawyers in America lists him as a recognized Workers' Compensation litigator.
