Biography:
Mr. Betzner is a 1987 graduate of the University Pittsburgh School of Law. He has practiced over 20 years with Yablonski, Costello & Leckie. His practice has focused on representing clients who have sustained injuries or developed disabilities, primarily in the workers compensation area. Mr. Betzner has been one of only three attorneys recognized years by Best Lawyers in America for his expertise in the workers compensation field in Washington County. This recognition, which he has received in each of the last three years, is based primarily on surveys of other attorneys who practice in that area of law. He has presented numerous presentations on workers compensation law in seminars for the Pennsylvania Bar Association, The Washington County Bar Association, various Union and other groups.

He also has experience in representing and advising clients in Social Security and Employment Lawcases. Additionally, he has served and continues to serve as the solicitor for various Municipalities and Municipal Authorities.

Mr. Betzner has also been a volunteer firefighter in his hometown of Elizabeth, Pa since 1986, and served on the Fire Department's Board of Directors for 20 years. He is also an avid hockey fan and a certified hockey coach, and has coached children from ages 6 through 15 in both school and amateur hockey programs.
